This is a Chocolate Guinness Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. The Chocolate Guiness sponge is super decadent, moist and indulgent and is perfectly paired with tangy cream cream cheese frosting.
To decorate we can add print pictures on edible paper for the top of the cake. We also add buttercream roses and a chocolate drip. The purple is achieved with beetroot powder, which doesn't add a lot of flavour but gives a beautiful and natural purple colour.
